Lloyd Dixon Group was appointed to conduct a commercial building survey of a 10,000 sq ft office building in the heart of the Clerkenwell.  The client sought professional insight into the building’s condition prior to purchase, to ensure it met both their operational and investment objectives.

Our team undertook an inspection and produced  a comprehensive report of the property. Assessing the structural integrity of the main building structure and envelope, general condition of the fit-out and M&E/ building services. A detailed analysis of the property in relation to compliance with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements, was also provided. Also outlining the viability and potential hurdles to implement upgrades to meet the clients specific needs.

As a result, our client was empowered to negotiate with clarity and confidence, ultimately proceeding with the purchase, informed by a full understanding of the building’s opportunities and risks.
