Lloyd Dixon Group was founded in 2022 by Ryan McNally and Malek Benbouteldja, who combined their complementary skills and shared vision to create a surveying practice built on quality, integrity, and client care.
With a strong foundation in both technical surveying and construction law, the pair set out to offer a fresh, reliable, and highly personal approach to property consultancy.
Ryan brings over 20 years of experience in the property industry, including 11 years as a building surveyor, alongside a Master’s in Construction Project Management.
Malek, with a background in construction law (LLB) and a Master’s in Building Surveying, brings legal precision and analytical rigour to the practice. Together, they deliver a powerful balance of practical expertise, legal understanding, and commercial awareness.
